Appointment Request

Routine eye exams and contact lens checks are seen on an appointment basis. Time permitting, walk-ins are welcome. For emergency appointments, such as infections or eye pain, please call our office and we will find the best time to fit you in.

If you are unable to honor your appointment, you must call 24-48 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows the doctors to utilize the waiting list. Last minute cancellations are not respectful and we greatly appreciate this notice for rescheduling.

We recommend a complete eye exam yearly for children, contact lens wearers, and those with certain eye or health conditions. Parents are advised to have their children’s eyes examined by age five. Contact lens wearers should also have a six month check to monitor their eye health. Adults with healthy eyes and stable eyeglass prescriptions should be seen every eighteen months to two years.

A full exam can last anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Please bring your most recent pair of glasses, your contact lenses, and a list of your current medications and allergies to your initial appointment. Contact lens follow up appointments take about fifteen minutes, and your contact lenses should be worn into the office.

Please review our office hours before requesting your appointment time. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. If you have not heard from us in that time, please call our office.
